School speech-language therapist requirements include a current State of Delaware Speech and Language Hearing License, a Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology, and evidence of a criminal background check or current employment in the CSD or another Delaware public school district. The State of Delaware criminal background check must be submitted to the district prior to start.

In the event the contractor does not fulfill its obligations under the terms and conditions of this contract, the Colonial School District may purchase equivalent product on the open market. Any difference in cost between the contract prices herein and the price of open market product shall be the responsibility of the contractor.

In the event the district determines a need to interview bidders, a mutually agreeable time will be set within ten 10 days of bid opening.

The districts may also request bidders to submit samples for examination and appraisal. Requested samples shall be submitted at no cost to the districts and may be required by the districts either prior to, at the time of the bid opening, or within ten calendar days following the request. Samples not provided as requested, will be reason to reject the bid for that item.

The period of performance for the Gurobi Optimizer licenses is from 05/06/2026 to 05/05/2027, as stated in the notice.
