The bid notice states that sealed bids must be received no later than May 6, 2026, at 3:00 PM ET.

All contractors including subcontractors must comply with Davis Bacon wage requirements. All contractors are encouraged to provide a completed and signed MLB Community Development Construction Bid Form, a completed Schedule of Values Billing Worksheet, a copy of current MLB Vendor's license or application, a copy of current insurance certificate, a copy of subcontractor/material supplier list, a copy of valid State of Minnesota Contractor's license, and a copy of authorized signature sheet. Firms must be licensed with the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe.

Liquidated damages for exceeding specified timeframes will be in all contracts.

A mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2025, at 9:15 AM.

The bid submission deadline is Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The delivery location is f. o. b. destination.

The bid notice states that Award will be based on the lowest bid meeting or exceeding all specifications as defined herein.

The bid notice states that products of other manufacturers will be considered provided they are demonstrated to be equal in all material respects âor equalâ. bidders proposing an âor equalâ product shall clearly identify such product in their bid and shall submit complete supporting documentation at the time of bid, including specifications, technical data, and any other information necessary to establish equivalency.

The contract period is anticipated to be from May 1, 2026, through April 30, 2028.

There is no possibility of inspection.

No samples are required to be sent.

The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $25,000 to $30,000, however, this shall not be construed as either the minimum or maximum amount.
