The Pu'uhonua o H?naunau National Historical Park intends to purchase commercially available heavy-duty metal cantilever storage racks. The racks are required to store approximately twenty large wooden carvings, with the largest weighing nearly 4,000 lbs and measuring over 20 feet long. The racks should be single-sided, approximately 7 to 7. 5 feet high, with adjustable arms that have an individual load capacity of no less than 1,000 lbs. The unit load capacity should be no less than 9,500 lbs. All components must be powder coated or otherwise manufactured to be resistant to rust and corrosion. The purchase includes delivery to the park. All products must meet the requirements set forth by the Buy American Act. A 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of delivery is required, covering defects in materials and workmanship. One installation user manual with detailed instructions and safety literature must be provided. Delivery is required no later than 6 months after receipt of order, Monday through Thursday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm HST. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary equipment to offload delivered items and ensuring personnel operating equipment are appropriately licensed and qualified. The government reserves the right to perform inspection activities within 10 business days from the date of delivery and to reject any items that do not adhere to the specifications. Payment will be made through the invoice processing platform IPP, with invoices requiring review and approval by the contracting officer's representative or park point of contact prior to submission.
