Contractor employees shall have a general knowledge of solid waste and recyclable collection techniques, be familiar with military structure and operational procedures, possess the skills necessary to perform recyclable collections, and have the necessary licenses to operate vehicles and equipment used for recycle efforts.

If any of the services performed do not conform to contract requirements, the contractor shall perform the services again at no additional cost to the government.

Contractor personnel conduct shall not reflect discredit upon the government. The contractor shall remove, from the job site, any employee for reasons of misconduct or security.

The contract extension is for two months, extending performance through July 31, 2026.

The notice requests information to help determine if the requirement item or service is commercially available, including pricing information, basis for pricing, delivery schedules, customary terms and conditions, and warranties.

The awardee must have the capacity to meet the following requirements: hardware must have the Army Airfield Automatic System AAAS imaged and configured upon delivery. Hardware must be able to update with current and future versions of AAAS images, be NIPR compliant, TAA compliant, Win11 ready compliant, and meet specific display and compliance standards (MILSTD461F, MILSTD810H).
