The U. S. Army is seeking commercial solutions for Special Operations Forces (SOF) training, testing, and transition services. This call for solutions aims to award multiple single-award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts. Offerors must submit solution briefs by July 17, 2026. Key requirements include agile execution and transparent commercial pricing for rapid task order proposals. Solutions are sought in three areas: personnel training readiness, mission technique technology testing, and rapid prototyping/technology transition. Evaluation for the solution brief phase will be based on technical and management merit, mission benefit and relevance, and pricing. Factors 1 and 2 are of equal importance and are more important than factor 3.
