Navsea is seeking white papers for R&D projects to advance shipboard electric power and energy systems. Focus areas include energy storage (capacitor, rotating, electrochemical), power conversion (wide bandgap devices), power distribution (MVDC), prime movers (gas turbines, diesel engines), rotating machines, cooling/thermal management, and power controls (TEM). White papers are open until February 6, 2033. Awards may be Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF). All responsible sources from academia and industry may submit.

White papers must be no larger than 8. 5 x 11 paper with no less than 1 margin on all sides, and the font shall not be less than 12 point. the page limit for white papers shall be no longer than twenty five 25 pages
