For mobilization/demobilization, two-thirds is payable upon mobilization, and the remaining third upon demobilization and acceptance. two thirds of the lump sum amount will be payable upon mobilization only after all applicabledocumentation has been submitted to the engineer. the remaining third will be payable upondemobilization and acceptance of the work.
