The contractor will be required to complete the project by December 31, 2026.

Payment will be made based on actual quantities of work completed and accepted.

The city intends to evaluate the itb on the lowest, responsible and responsive bidder.

Bidders shall submit with the bid a qualification sheet listing projects that meet the experience requirement along with references.

For alternates, the bidder must furnish a one gallon sample of the material proposed for use.

Deadline for written questions is August 17, 2026, at 5:00 p. m.

Bids may be found nonresponsive at any time during the evaluation or contract process, if any of the required information is not provided.

Proposals are due by 2:00 PM EST on August 5, 2026.

City shall pay consultant within thirty 30 days after approval of the invoice by city staff.

The award of the contract will be based on technical qualifications (60%) and cost proposal (40%).

Applicant must possess a valid certification as a state of Georgia Department of Professional Regulation (DPR), licensed physician MD, board certified in emergency medicine by the American Medical Association (AMA).

Site visit recommended, but not mandatory.

Unauthorized contact with city staff or elected officials regarding this procurement may disqualify the offeror. Failure to comply with instructions or mandatory requirements may also lead to disqualification.

Proposals are due by July 30, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST.

Invoices shall be submitted monthly and paid within thirty (30) days after approval by city staff.

Proposals will be evaluated based on work plan (30 pts), staffing plan, company history and capability (30 pts), experience with similar projects (20 pts), and cost proposal (20 pts).

Offerors must demonstrate experience in landscaping and maintenance services, including horticultural services, turf maintenance, tree and shrub maintenance, and irrigation.

A site visit is recommended but not mandatory.

The deadline for written questions is July 20, 2026, by 5:00 PM EST.

Late submittals will not be accepted and will be automatically disqualified. Failure to comply with instructions or meet mandatory requirements may lead to point deductions or disqualification.

Proposals are due by 2:00 PM EST on July 30, 2026.

Proposals will be evaluated based on work plan and technical approach (30 points), company qualifications and operational capacity (25 points), related experience and references (20 points), and cost proposal (25 points).

Offerors must demonstrate experience in parks maintenance, athletic field maintenance, and passive park maintenance. Key personnel qualifications, company capacity, safety record, and references will be evaluated.

A site visit is recommended but not mandatory.

Late submittals, failure to comply with instructions, unauthorized contact with city staff, and failure to meet mandatory requirements may lead to disqualification.

Proposals are due by 2:00 PM EST on July 16, 2026. The contract term is for an annual term expiring September 30, 2027, with the option for two automatic annual renewals through September 30, 2029.

After recovering documented production costs, the remaining net profit is split 30% to the city and 70% to the vendor. The city's share is remitted within thirty (30) calendar days following the city's review and acceptance of the sales report.

Proposals will be evaluated based on experience and qualifications (25 pts), references (10 pts), merchandise program and product offerings (20 pts), operational and production plan (20 pts), and financial and revenue generation proposal/cost proposal (25 pts). Shortlisted vendors may be invited for a presentation.

Offerors must demonstrate experience in merchandise production and retail sales for festivals and large public events. They must provide a company background, qualifications, experience, proposed merchandise program, operational plan, references, and financial proposal.

Failure to submit required reports, supporting documentation, or commission payments within the required timeframe shall constitute a material breach of this agreement.

A site visit is recommended but not mandatory.

Sample images, mockups, or examples of merchandise programs completed for past similar events are required.
