fiduciary liability insurance and consulting services The contractor shall provide the services as follows: fiduciary liability insurance 1. review the terms of the current occ fiduciary liability insurance policies and provide all existing coverage identified, at a minimum. 2. provide quotes for the primary base fiduciary liability insurance coverage for at least 10 million. The contractor may include but are not limited to ladder arrangements i. e. , 10 million, 15 million, 25 million, etc. to spread the risk among multiple insurance companies. 3. provide errors and omissions coverage. errors and omissions coverage protects the occ against claims for negligence, mistakes, faulty advice, or failure to provide promised results. 4. provide a copy of the policy coverage as designated by the occ.
