The due dates for deliverables and the actual accomplishment of the schedule will be assessed against original due dates and milestones established for the contract.

The government will assess the contractors record of conforming to contract requirements and to standards of good workmanship, the contractors adherence to contract schedules including the administrative aspects of performance, the contractors history of reasonable and cooperative behavior and commitment to customer satisfaction, and the contractors businesslike concern for the interest of the customer.

In order to be considered a subject matter expert in amphibious operations the contractor shall possess a minimum of 15 years experience in the united states navy surface warfare community, united states marine corps, or other organizations with assignments dealing with amphibious operations.

The contractors failure to achieve satisfactory performance under the contracttask order, reflected in the cors annual report, may result in termination of the contract and may also result in the loss of future government contracts.

The contractor shall deliver heavy equipment that is fully operational, safe, and completely fueled, to the designated delivery location aboard mcas yuma. all equipment must be delivered on the confirmed delivery date.

The contractor will provide 15 fluv to qualified u. s. government operators.

Any extended delays due the lack of immediate replacement and loss to the governments operational capacities may result in monetary penalties to the contractor.

The contract has a delivery period of 12 months from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027.

Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer.

The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.

The contractor must have a heavy equipment mechanic high school diploma or 6 years general experience with maintenance functions, logistics, and machinery.

Contractor failure in this task may result in withholding of payments until the government can determine the ramifications of the below standard performance.
