The response date for this sources sought notice is April 2, 2026.

The government will review the information to determine the type of set aside, if any, for this requirement.

Respondents must provide a brief capabilities narrative indicating their specific experience for similar work of MILCON construction projects and a completed sources sought information form, including project history, resources, subcontractors, and key personnel.

The magnitude of this project is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000.

The deadline for submitting quotations is March 25, 2026, at 4:00 PM local time.

The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quotation conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, based on the lowest acceptable price that meets the requirements specified in the solicitation.

This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns.

A site visit will not be conducted for this requirement.

Questions shall be routed to the recipient email used for submission of quotations and must be submitted no later than March 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time.

The period of performance shall be 120 days for the completion and configuration of the ACS after notice to proceed. The contractor shall be responsible for delivering, installing and testing the ACS within 120 days.

All items must be covered by the manufacturers warranty. The contractor will provide full onsite service maintenance with all parts, labor, and equipment with a response time of less than 96hrs within the included warranty period.

Award will be made to the lowest priced quote that fulfills all the government specifications described in this solicitation.

The contractor shall supply sufficient management and qualified acceptable technicians that can successfully complete service and support, training, pass background screening under this sow. Prospective awardees must be registered in the SAM database. Offerors are encouraged to submit relevant attachments to support suggested access system solution features and/or functionalities and references of having experience in similar projects.

A site visit will be held on March 12, 2026, at Ft. Buchanan, USPFO PR warehouse Bldg 541, Borinquener Rd. and at Camp Santiago Joint Training Center. Offerors must register to attend by emailing specific information for all attendees to ***@***. *. * no later than March 10, 2026.

The period of performance, including arrival of materials on site and acceptance, is 120 calendar days.
