The United States Secret Service (USSS) Operational Medicine Division (OMD) is seeking a contractor to provide a four-day Tactical Medical Operators Course (TMOC). The course will cover advanced medical capabilities and coverage for protective operations, special events, training, and field operations. This is a nonpersonal services contract. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, transportation, materials, supervision, and other nonpersonal services necessary for the instruction, including travel and subsistence for instructional staff, and preparation and distribution of student materials and certifications. The course must be scheduled for the month of June 2026 and will be held at a vendor-provided training location. The government will provide individual operational gear, operational medical equipment, mobile platforms, and training munitions. The contract will be a firm, fixed-price contract. A point of contact (POC) must be designated by the contractor.

This is a non-personal services contract to provide a five-day basic tactics training course to USSSOMD. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, transportation, materials, supervision, and other items necessary for instruction, including a minimum of 2 instructors, all travel and subsistence for instructional staff, preparation and distribution of student materials and certifications, precourse instruction, and 5 days of instruction totaling 40 hours covering interior and exterior tactics. The government will provide an adequate venue in the National Capital Region, medical support, and ultimate training munitions. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract. The contractor shall provide a point of contact responsible for training course delivery. The government will provide all individual protective and operational equipment for 12 students. The scheduled course is to begin June 1. Training will be conducted in person at a to be determined location in the National Capital Region. The contractor is responsible for being available between 7 am and 4 pm EST, Monday through Friday, during the scheduled course. The contractor is responsible for safeguarding all government equipment, information, and property. Personnel accessing privacy information must adhere to the Privacy Act. The contractor will be responsible for its own travel and subsistence expenses.

The course is scheduled to begin June 1. The contractor must adhere to the Privacy Act and be responsible for safeguarding government equipment and property. The government will provide the training location in the NCR. The contractor is responsible for availability between 7 am and 4:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, during the scheduled course.
