Claims must be filed up to and including said time of such final settlement which is August 7, 2026. Failure on the part of a creditor to file such statement prior to such final settlement will relieve the state of Colorado from any and all liability for such claim.

Anticipated construction finish is January 2027.

Bidders must have been in the same business for the last two years and demonstrated specific contracting experience in projects of similar scope and complexity for at least two projects each in excess of $400,**** hard costs.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site tour will be held at Front Range Community College Larimer Campus on July 30, 2026, at 9:00 AM.

Request for clarifications are due August 6, 2026.

The state reserves the right to reject any or all proposals on the basis of being unresponsive to this afb or for failure to disclose requested information.

The estimated project cost is $200,****.

Quotes must be submitted no later than 5 PM MT, July 16, 2026. The desired contract or purchase order start date is July 24, 2026.

The state shall pay vendor for all amounts due within 45 days after the states receipt of goods or services and acceptance of a correct invoice of amount due. Amounts not paid by the state within 45 days of the states acceptance of the invoice shall bear interest on the unpaid balance.

All provisions and remedies of the Colorado Uniform Commercial Code, CRS, title 4 UCC, relating to implied or express warranties for goods are incorporated herein, in addition to any warranties contained in this PO.

This solicitation and the resulting contract or purchase order will be awarded to the responsible respondent whose acceptable quote is determined to be the most advantageous to the state, with price-cost being the primary consideration. Other considerations may include, but are not limited to, sample quality, and lead time for delivery.

Respondents must be responsible and submit an acceptable quote that meets the states needs, and the price must be fair and reasonable.

Any quotes received after the submission deadline may, at the sole discretion of the state, be rejected without further consideration. If vendor fails to deliver or perform as and when promised, the state may cancel its order, or any part thereof, without prejudice to its other rights, return all or part of any shipment so made, and charge vendor with any loss or expense sustained.

The protest shall be submitted to the front range community college procurement official within three 3 business days after such aggrieved person knows, or should have known, of the facts giving rise thereto.

Quotes received after the submission deadline may be rejected. Failure of the awarded respondent to accept contractual obligations may result in cancellation of the award. Violations of state law, regulation, or policy may render a quote unacceptable.
