Vendors must demonstrate they have constructed at least five similar landfill gas blower stations in the US within the last five years. the vendor shall demonstrate that he has constructed at least five 5 similar landfill gas blower stationskids in the united states within the last five 5 years of at least 3, 000 scfm in size.

Proposals must be submitted by 3:00 PM on Wednesday, July 29, 2026.

Payment terms for invoices shall be net 30, to be invoiced after delivery of equipment or completion of project.

Guarantees/warranties are considered in the award of the proposal.

Award shall be made to the lowest responsible proposer meeting the specifications, considering superior quality, adequate maintenance and service, past experience, company reputation, technical capability, delivery date, guarantees/warranties, and performance of proposers' equipment.

Proposers must meet or exceed the minimum requirements listed in the specifications. All information requested in the specification package will be evaluated and contribute to the selection process.

Any proposer aggrieved in connection with the solicitation or award of a contract may protest in writing within 7 days after such person knows or should have known of the facts giving rise to the grievance.

Failure to submit a specification deviation document, if applicable, shall be grounds for rejection of the item(s) when offered for delivery. Conflicts of interest can also void contracts.

It is recommended that the contractor visit the site to familiarize themselves with all existing conditions and make all necessary investigations as to the locations of piping, utilities and all other matters which can affect the work. upon written receipt of approval from owner, shutdown shall be performed between the hours of six 6 p. m. and six 6 a. m. or as directed otherwise by the owner and shall be accomplished at no additional contract cost.

Prospective bidders may make pre-arranged site visits Monday through Friday from 9:00 a. m. to 4:00 p. m. Site visits must be coordinated with Mr. Drake Morris of HCWSA.

Incomplete or segregated bids will not be accepted. Failure of referenced projects to meet criteria shall render the bid nonresponsive.
