This is a commercial construction acquisition for road reconstruction and drainage reconditioning on NFSR 462 and 462A in the Cibola National Forest. The work involves road material placement, culvert replacement, ditch line armoring, guardrail installation, and road grading. The period of performance is 60 calendar days upon Notice to Proceed, restricted to between September 15th and April 15th due to fire fighting operations. Quotes will be evaluated based on the best value to the government, considering technical approach, past performance, and price. The acquisition is set aside for small business concerns.
The contractor is required to commence work within 10 calendar days after the date the contractor receives the notice to proceed and the entire work ready for use not later than 60 calendar days after ntp.
