The Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system is used for electronic processing of vendor payment requests and receiving reports. Specific document types for submission include cost vouchers, invoices, and progress payment requests.
An acceptable proposal must include a comprehensive warranty management plan as a CDRL A002 deliverable, covering the first year of both equipment and labor.
Offers will be evaluated based on price and other factors, including Project Management Plan, Warranty Management Plan, and Technical Capability. Past performance is not a primary evaluation factor.
Offerors must have an active federal government contracts registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI).
A mandatory pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at **** EST at Joint Interoperability Test Command, Fort Huachuca. Interested companies are limited to two representatives.
Questions from the site visit must be submitted in writing no later than seven (7) working days after the site visit, which is Thursday, July 21, 2026.
Failure to comply with government security regulations and requirements can be cause for removal and inability to provide service on this contract. Breaching organizational conflict of interest restrictions may result in contract termination.
