Payments for preventative maintenance will be made upon delivery and acceptance of service, and submission and approval of invoices. Repair maintenance payments are based on delivery, acceptance, and invoice submission/approval. Payments will be made under this contract based on: 1 the delivery and rendering of service bythe contractor to the government and the acceptance of service by the government and, 2 thesubmission of properly certified invoices by the contractor to the government and the receipt, review and approval of properly certified invoices by the government.
