This PWS outlines the requirements for conference support services, including personnel, equipment, and materials for the Operational Alignment Communications Cyberpower Symposium (OACCS) conference. The conference will be held from July 20, 2025, to July 24, 2025, and will continue for several years with option years. The contractor must provide a list of three proposed sites/venues within specific zip codes, and must not secure any venues until a written agreement is established. The contract is a no-cost contract to the government. The contractor must also develop and submit a
quality control plan (QCP) within 15 days of contract award. The government will evaluate contractor performance according to a
quality assurance surveillance plan (QASP). The contractor must provide a mobile app, conference guidebook, and website with specific features and content. The contractor must also provide support operations, including a command center, parking plan, and secure Wi-Fi for public affairs. The contractor must ensure all support services, equipment, and facilities are cleaned and disinfected. The government has unlimited rights to all documents/materials produced under the contract. The contractor must identify a program manager (PM) and key personnel. A status update template must be provided within 45 calendar days of contract award. The contractor must provide an overall conference deliverables schedule within 30 days of contract award. The government will not supervise contractor employees or
control the method by which they perform tasks. Experience in coordinating and executing IT conferences, streaming live video/audio, building/managing event websites and mobile applications is required.
