Contractor warrants services performed with care and diligence per specifications. the successful bidder expressly warrants that all services specified in the ifb will be performed with care and diligence and in accordance with all specifications.

Failure to perform constitutes default; corrective action required within 10 days. failure to perform any provision will constitute a default of contract, in which case, corrective action shall take place within ten 10 days from the date of written notice.
Disputes must be submitted in writing within 10 calendar days. the contractor must submit a written notice to the purchasing agent within ten 10 calendar days after receipt of the document, notice, or correspondence.
Late bids returned unopened; changes to solicitation forms disqualify bid. proposals received after the time and date set for submission will be returned unopened and changes to solicitation forms made by bidders shall disqualify the bid.
