The period of performance is from September 15, 2026, through September 14, 2027.

Payment will be made by the government. Invoices are to be submitted to the address shown in block 18a unless otherwise specified. Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) is used for electronic submission of payment requests and receiving reports.

Award will be made on a sole source basis after the price is determined to be fair and reasonable. The government intends to evaluate and award a contract based on initial quote, so the initial quote should contain the best terms from a price standpoint.

The contractor must possess a secret clearance based on a single scope background investigation (SSBI) on the first day of the period of performance. Contractor personnel with privileged access must meet DoD **** CSWF specialty area 451 system administration certification and proficiency requirements.

Quotes that do not comply with detailed instructions for format and content may be considered unacceptable and may render the quote ineligible for award.

Responses are due by **** EDT on 03 August 2026.

Interested parties should submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to meet the requirements outlined. Responses should clearly address company profile, SaaS platform capabilities, industrial base mapping, AI automation, security classified operations, and contract vehicles.

Award will be made using other than full and open competition to General Dynamics Mission Systems GDMS, Pitsfield, Massachusetts, the only known source with the requisite design background, system knowledge and operational experience relative to the trident ii fire control subsystem capable of providing the required efforts within existing technical, cost and fleet schedule constraints.

The period of performance will include a base year FY26 effort from 1 January 2027 - 31 December 2029, and one 1 corresponding option period to run from 1 January 2028 - 31 December 2030.

Interested firms must demonstrate possession of minimum qualifications and experience in manufacturing and engineering of strategic guidance, navigation, and fire control systems, and understanding of inertial and stellar subsystems. They must also provide recent and relevant past performance data. Incomplete or generalized white paper capability statements, without specificity as it relates to the SSN content requirements, omitted content, or content which fails to address all of the requirements of this SSN, will have a direct affect upon the government's assessment of the white paper submittal.
