Evaluations will be based on four factors: corporate experience, past performance, plan of execution, and key personnel.

Offerors must submit a list of five relevant projects valued over $40,000, completed within the last five years, including installation of at least 120 sq ft of glass. Projects must have been installed in an ATCT cab or a commercial high-rise building at a minimum of 60 AGL. Past performance will be evaluated based on customer feedback.
