This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for complete event management services for the celebration of the 250th anniversary of American independence, to be held on July 2, 2026, at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) in Athens, Greece. Proposals must be submitted electronically via email to ***@***. *. * by May 8, 2026, at 14:00 Athens time. Offerors must be registered in the SAM system for awards over $40,000. A mandatory site visit will be held on April 17, 2026, at 10:00. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing to ***@***. *. * by April 16, 2026, at 12:00. The total payment for services shall not exceed 350,000 USD in euro equivalent. The contract will be awarded to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation based on initial quotations, with the possibility of discussions if needed. Offerors must complete **** blocks 17, 24, and 30, Section 1 (the schedule), Section 3 (solicitation provisions), Section 4 (evaluation factors), and Section 5 (representations and certifications). Proof of SAM registration is required for quotations above $40,000.
The quotation must be submitted electronically by email on or before May 8, 2026, at 14:00 Athens time. No quotation will be accepted after the cutoff date and time.
Payment shall be made in euros by electronic funds transfer (EFT) within 30 calendar days after receipt of the proper statement. The U. S. government will not make any advance payment for goods or services furnished pursuant to this agreement.
The U. S. government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation based on initial quotations, with the possibility of holding discussions if there is a need to do so. The evaluation criteria include Technical Capability/Approach, Past Performance, Key Personnel, and Price.
Offerors must be registered in the SAM system for award management database at www. ***. *. * prior to submittal of their offer/proposal. Failure to be registered at the time of proposal submission may deem the offeror's proposal to be considered nonresponsible. Offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
