Firms must demonstrate experience providing civil engineering to Connecticut municipalities and possess relevant experience in municipal infrastructure, permitting, and cost estimating. demonstrated experience providing civil engineering and related services to connecticut municipalities or comparable public agencies.

Submissions will be received until 1:30 pm, on October 7, 2026.

Invoices shall be submitted no later than thirty 30 days from provision of service.

All trucks will be required to have either a cellular telephone or two-way radio communication to another vehicle that can be contacted by phone.

Failure of a contractor to perform services as specified will constitute authority for the city of bristol to pursue the services on the open market.

All operators of vehicles selected for the active and or reserve lists must attend as snow plow operators meeting that will be held on monday, november 9, 2026 at the public works yard.

Failure to maintain an acceptable level of quality and responsive service will be documented by the public works department one 1 or more documented instances shall be grounds for termination of this agreement.
