The contract starts on December 1, 2025 to June 30, 2027.

If the contractor fails to perform the services, the judiciary reserves the right to purchase in the open market, a corresponding quantity of services specified herein and to deduct from any moneys due or that may thereafter become due to the contractor, the difference between the price named in the contract and the actual cost thereof to the judiciary.

If the contractor within a period of ten 10 days after the date of such notice, shall not proceedin accordance therewith, then the judiciary will have full power and authorize, without violatingthe contract, to take the prosecution of the work or services out of the hands of the contractor, and to use such methods are deemed necessary to complete the contract in an acceptable manner.
