All equipment shall be delivered to the designated Miami warehouse no later than 60 calendar days after purchase order award. Final delivery to Guatemala City, Guatemala, is also required no later than 60 calendar days from receipt of award notification.

Payment terms are Net 30 days after receipt of a valid invoice in the finance office. Payments will be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT).

The equipment shall be covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty of a minimum of two years, commencing with delivery and installation.

The government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.

Offerors shall be registered in the SAM system for award management database prior to submittal of their offer. Failure to be registered may deem the offeror's proposal non-responsible.

If the contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified, liquidated damages will be assessed at **** for each day of delay.

The contractor shall complete the entire work ready for use not later than three 3 months after receiving the notice to proceed.

Quotations are due July 31st, 2026 by 17:00 hours. No quotations will be accepted after this time.

Payments will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Invoices must be submitted through the payment portal, and payment is contingent upon availability of appropriated funds.

Award will be made to the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible offeror.

Vendors must be qualified and responsible, demonstrating verifiable experience in the Guatemalan market, past performance, creativity, innovation in distribution, and a plan to evaluate market impact. Proof of SAM registration is required.

A pre-quotation conference call will be held on Tuesday, July 08, 2026, at 09:00 hours via Microsoft Teams.

Vendors must submit design samples of the intended media content, clearly highlighting innovations and modifications to the current campaign, including visual mockups, audio demos, and creative concepts.

The due date to receive questions for this solicitation is July 09, 2026, by 10:00 hours.

Contractor shall provide at least a 3-year warranty for the kennel upon installation to the vehicle. Warranty shall include manufacturing defects, equipment failure, wiring or electrical failure and must be attended onsite.

Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable, responsible quoter.
