Treasury Common Services Center (TCSC) intends to sole source the Orion Nonlinear Junction Detector (NLJD) from Research Electronics International, LLC (REI). REI is the sole producer, manufacturer, and distributor of this patented technology and provides necessary technical support and warranty. The TIGTA requires this specialized handheld spectrum analyzer for detecting electronic components in various surfaces, regardless of whether the device is radiating, hard-wired, or turned off. Key specifications include wide transmit signal, touch screen controls, advanced response data display, digitally modulated transmit signal, agile frequency functionality, and a lightweight, ergonomic design. The total estimated value will not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold.
