Solicitation for bulk
fuel supply, RFQ number **** due date: August 18, 2025, at 5 PM Harare time. The contract is for the supply of bulk low-sulphur
diesel and unleaded petrol to the US Embassy in Harare, Zimbabwe. The contract type is a fixed-price contract with economic price adjustment, indefinite quantity, and indefinite delivery. Minimum order quantities are guaranteed for each year of the contract. Delivery must be made between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Fridays. Delivery trucks must comply with OSHA safety standards and other relevant regulatory requirements. The contractor must provide a list of clients over the past three years, demonstrating prior experience with relevant past performance information and references. The offeror must demonstrate compliance with the following: operate an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing in Zimbabwe, provide proof of SAM registration, include defense base act (DBA) insurance premium costs covering employees, demonstrate knowledge and familiarity in supplying bulk
fuel, provide a comprehensive company profile, provide a full set of company registration documents, provide a copy of all licenses and permits required by local law, provide a valid Zimbabwe Energy Regulatory Authority (ZERA) license to sell bulk
fuel in Zimbabwe, provide evidence of insurance for
fuel delivery trucks, provide evidence of valid vehicle inspection department (VID) certificates, demonstrate that the delivery trucks are fully equipped to offload
fuel into embassy
fuel tanks, and be licensed/certified/accredited to supply bulk
fuel in Zimbabwe.
