Proposals are sought for the fabrication and installation of wayfinding signage in downtown Ferndale. The project includes vehicular directional, parking directional, and parking garage entry identification signs. Proposals are due August 10, 2026, by 9:00 AM. A site visit is not mandatory. Sample submissions are required. The award will be based on best value. The contractor must be experienced and capable of fabricating and installing signs according to design specifications. A 3-year warranty is required for workmanship.
Fabrication and installation are anticipated from September to October 2026, with substantial completion expected between November and December 2026.

Liquidated damages will be charged for work not completed by the agreed-upon project end date, with penalties ranging from $500 to $1,500 per day based on the total contract value. he owner shall charge a liquidated damages penalty against the contractor for work not completed within the 90 substantial completion timeframe andor the agreed upon final project deadline.
