The test pips shall be dug at all curb boxes to determent the pipe material on each side of the curb box. The pipe materials shall be documented. Pipe materials that are made of lead or galvanized steel shall be fully removed and replaced with copper. The project will also include restoration of the work area including roadway trench restoration where needed.
