This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for statewide painting services for all state agencies and other eligible entities. The deadline for submitting proposals is December 10, 2025, at 3:00 PM local time. Written questions are due by November 19, 2025, at 2:00 PM local time, with answers posted by November 26, 2025. The contract will be valid for two years, with the possibility of three one-year renewals. Vendors must submit proposals through the online bid submission portal. The state reserves the right to award to multiple vendors. The state will allow written requests for clarification of this solicitation.
