Samples of the product may be taken by a city representative prior to or during delivery. samples of the product to be delivered may be taken by a representative of the city

Requests for changes or interpretations must be made within five days before the scheduled bid opening date. must do so within five 5 days saturdays, sundays and holidays excluded before scheduled bid opening date

Delivery is desired 365 days after first article test approval for most items. The overall period of performance is from 30 Nov 2026 to 30 Nov 2029. the government desires delivery to be made according to the following desired delivery schedule.

Payment is processed through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). the contractor shall use the following information when submitting payment requests and receiving reports in wawf for this contract.

Failure to deliver test samples or disapproval of test reports may result in termination for default. the contract may be deemed to have failed to make delivery within the meaning of the default clause of this contract.
