Bids must be received by the bid opening date and time. The opening is scheduled for 10/16/2026 at 11:00 AM. bids will be accepted until the date and time shown above, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read.

Invoices must include specific details and are reviewed before payment. Madison county reviews each invoice prior to submitting invoices to the accounts payable department for payment. No surcharges are allowed.

Items purchased at the auction must be removed from city property by the designated pickup dates and times unless other arrangements are made with city personnel. The city will not be responsible for items not picked up on the designated dates.

All sales are as-is, where-is and all sales are final.

Items at Dry Creek Water Reclamation Facility, **** Campstool Road can be previewed on Friday, October 16, 2026 from 10-11:30am, Fleet Maintenance Shop, **** Old Happy Jack Road can be previewed on Friday, October 16, 2026 from 1:00-3:30pm, and Board of Public Utilities, **** Dillon Ave shop, can be previewed on Friday, October 16, 2025 from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm.
