RFQ to establish a pool of qualified professionals for professional services for HABC projects. Qualification statements due by 11:00 AM prevailing time on November 10, 2026. Submissions must be mailed or hand-delivered; fax or email not accepted. Evaluation based on criteria in Section IV, maximum 100 points. Selected firms will execute engagement letters and comply with HABC guidelines. Fees quoted remain effective for one year. Various mandatory forms and affidavits required.
