This is a Request for Information (RFI) for planning purposes only, not an invitation for bid. The government is seeking information on capabilities for an Abacus Visual Playbook Builder and Automation Orchestrator. Interested vendors must provide company information, business size, socioeconomic data, UEI number, and existing contractual vehicles. Responses should detail experience and capabilities in contractor-developed web applications for federal agencies, healthcare environments, systems integration with Red Hat Ansible and OpenShift, multi-vendor coordination, containerized application development in air-gapped environments, and building user interfaces for non-technical users. Vendors must also describe their technical approach to dark site delivery and sustainment, technology stack and container strategy, user experience for non-technical users, and cybersecurity and software supply chain practices in dark site deployments. Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates for MVP delivery timeline, level of effort, labor categories, and annual costs are required. Information on subcontracting plans and corporate experience is also requested. SDVOSB/VOSB vendors must address their intent and ability to meet set-aside requirements. Vendors are asked to provide feedback on the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Additionally, there is no obligation on the part of the government to acquire any products or services described in this RFI.
Interested vendors shall at a minimum, provide the following information in the initial paragraph of the submission: name of company, address, point of contact, phone number, fax number, email address, company business size and status. For VOSB and SDVOSBS, proof of SBA certification is required. SDVOSB VOSB vendors that have not been certified by SBA should not respond to this notice. NAICS code, socioeconomic data, unique entity identifier UEI number, and existing contractual vehicles (GWAC, FSS, or MAC) must also be provided.
