The contractor site visit is not required. By submitting his/her proposal, the consultant acknowledges that he/she has satisfied him/herself as to the nature of the work.

All questions must be submitted no later than 3: 00 p. m. , april 3, 2026, pst.

The seller agrees to pay liquidated damages, not as a penalty, the amount of **** per day per transformer, if power transformers are not delivered within the delivery time specified in section 2 of this contract.
