Awarded bidder must remove vehicle off city property by September 8, 2026.

No sales tax may be added to the bid price, as the city of Greenville is sales tax exempt. Any shipping costs for merchandise must be paid by the vendor, as part of the bid amount proposed.

The city will review submitted bids and other relevant information cost, best value for the municipality, subjective considerations regarding the products to which the city wishesto sell.

Potential bidders may view vehicle until bidding is complete between the hours of 8 a. m. and 2 p. m. by appointment with the principal contact.

The city reserves the right to accept or reject any response for any or no reason and to waive any minor irregularity if determined to be in the best interest of the city of Greenville.

All work is expected to be completed no later than December 31st, 2026.

Payment of invoices with the Village's purchase order number will be due within 30 days of completion of the work, acceptance of the work by the Village, and receipt. Invoices received without the Village's purchase order number will be due within 45 days.

Contractor agrees to provide warranty coverage per attachment one and attachment two, and to cooperate with the Village in the event the Village makes any warranty claim.

The work shall be awarded to the responsible bidder who submits the responsive bid that is most advantageous to the Village.

Bidders must have five years of experience as a continuously operating entity engaged in similar work, and employees assigned to work must have current confined space certifications.

Failure to comply with communication restrictions may result in disqualification. There may be a deduction from compensation for each person for each calendar day during which discrimination or intimidation occurs.

A required pre-bid meeting and site visit will start on August 27, 2026, at 10:30 AM at the Storm Water Pumping Station (SWPS) and then move to the Village's Water Plant. Bidders wishing to attend must email ***@***. *. * to reserve a spot by August 25, 2026, at 2:00 PM.

The last datetime for questions is September 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time. No clarifications, interpretations or addenda shall be issued after September 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time.

Causes for disqualification include prices excessively high, failure to meet delivery/performance schedules, failure to price out the bid correctly, reasonable suspicion of conflict of interest or collusion, failure to submit required information, late bids, failure to sign bid forms, prohibition by law, being in arrears to the village, failure to perform faithfully on previous contracts, or violation of procurement policies.

Delivery is expected within **** days ado (days after order).

Bids must be received by the purchasing agency no later than August 17, 2026, at 11:00 AM.

Awarded contractor shall perform work with certified lead technicians in compliance with a current medical surveillance program for lead hazards.

Contractor is required to visit the site to satisfy themselves as to the nature and all other matters and conditions which may in any way affect the work or the cost thereof under this contract. The proof of visit form provided is required to be signed by the vendor and an authorized PSP representative and must be included with bid submission.
