Offerors must demonstrate successful completion of at least three site development, athletic field, synthetic turf, park, playground, drainage, or civil construction projects of similar scope and complexity in the last five years. They must also provide resumes of the project manager and site superintendent with a minimum of 5 years of similar work experience.

An aggrieved party may file a protest concerning material issues within ten business days after they know or should have known of the facts giving rise thereto. Protests should be submitted in writing to dana. reichers@d49. org.
Failure to attend the mandatory site visit, provide all required documentation, furnish bonding and insurance verification, or demonstrate the ability to meet the project schedule may result in the proposal being deemed nonresponsive and removed from further consideration. Declining work after award can lead to forfeiture of proposal security, breach of contract, and disqualification from future bidding.
