Firms must have provided similar services for governmental agencies in Colorado Front Range within past 5 years. proposing firms must have successfully provided similar services for other governmental agencies in the colorado front range corridor that have a similar degree of complexity and cost within the past five (5) years

Questions must be received at least 10 calendar days before proposal submission date. inquiries must be received at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the date established for the submission of the proposal

Thornton shall make progress payments against task assignments based on service providers invoices or application for payment and shall make payment to service provider within thirty 30 calendar days after receipt by thornton of a complete and correct invoice or application for payment.

The service provider warrants that the work shall be in good repair during the warranty period.

Prequalified service providers are defined as those firms awarded an agreement pursuant to a rfqp.

Service provider shall be liable for each calendar day after the substantial completion date in the amount of liquidated damages as set forth in purchase order until the work is substantially complete.

Proposals will be received until 5:00 p. m. , local time, October 14, 2026, in the contract administration office.

To be minimally qualified for consideration for award, proposing firms must be registered with the Colorado department of state in the area of expertise trade they are intending on contracting for, licensed at the mastercraftsman level, bondable, insured and must maintain an excellent safety rating.

An optional preproposal conference to discuss the project will be held at 2:00 pm, September 30, 2026, via teams teleconference.

The deadline for submission of questions is ten calendar days prior to the date set for submission of proposals.

Proposing firms that do not acknowledge all addenda may be considered nonresponsive.

The warranty period for erosion control will extend to such date until the site has achieved stabilization in accordance with the stormwater management permit for the project such that the permit is closed.

The successful bidder will be determined on the basis of the lowest responsive and responsible bid proposal.

Contractors must submit qualifications by the prebid conference, and pre-qualification and completion of an NDA is required for project access.

If the contractor fails to substantially complete all work in the allotted time period, liquidated damages may be assessed.

A mandatory prebid conference will be held on tuesday, september 22, 2026.

Requests for interpretation must be received by 5: 00 p. m. , on the tenth 10th calendar day prior to the date fixed for the submission of bid proposals.

Bids may be rejected if investigation of such bidder fails to satisfy thornton that such bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations.
