Proposals are due by 2:00 PM MDT, August 26th, 2026.

Proposals will be evaluated based on technical approach architecture (30%), firm experience qualifications (25%), user experience audience understanding (15%), CMS usability content management (10%), implementation support (10%), and cost proposal (10%).

Vendors must be qualified and experienced in website design, CMS development, and Tessitura integration, with a demonstrated ability to deliver projects of similar scope and complexity. Experience with performing arts or cultural organizations is a plus.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held virtually on Microsoft Teams on Wednesday, August 12th, from 1:00 to 2:00 PM MDT.

The city reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or accept what is in its best interest. Late submittals or proposals with technical defects or irregularities may be waived.

The deadline for submitting proposals is 2:00 PM MDT, Wednesday, August 12th, 2026.

Retainage of up to 5% will be deducted from progress pay applications to protect the city's interests. the city will make a deduction from the progress pay application invoice for work completed in the amount considered necessary 5 to protect the interests of the city

Contractors must be qualified and provide information on their most comparable projects, team members' experience, and familiarity working in Aspen and Pitkin County. provide information on the firms most comparable projects completed or in process. these should be projects that are the most similar to the project which is the subject of this rfp.
