Firms must have at least 5 years of experience providing construction management services and provide a list of similar construction management projects completed within the past 5 years with a construction value of at least $5 million.

A penalty of **** may be deducted for each person for each calendar day during which discrimination or intimidation occurs in violation of the contract provisions.
