County of Mercer is seeking proposals for licensed professional land surveyor services for special projects on an as-needed basis. Proposals are due June 16, 2026, at 11:30 a. m. Bidders must be certified in New Jersey and have at least 10 years of experience with municipalities, including boundary work, tax maps, GIS integration, and construction stakeout. The contract term is one year with an option to extend. Evaluation criteria include understanding of work, technical competence, management experience, personnel qualifications, timeliness, and cost.
