The ideal concessionaire should have previous experience operating a similar concession, demonstrate sufficient skills, and have a strong financial condition to ensure adequate staffing and supplies. Proof of financial ability is required prior to an interview.

Unacceptable personal conduct or failure to correct conduct may result in immediate or early termination of the agreement. Failure to make timely payment of the concession fee may result in a lien on the concessionaire's property.

Proposals that do not conform to submission requirements, such as page limits or formatting, may be rejected. Failure to provide a public viewing copy of the proposal may result in a waiver of confidentiality claims.

The ideal professional will have prior, documented experience leading a multidisciplinary team through the design and development approval of an infill project within the City of Fort Collins. The principal professional engineer for each discipline must be registered in the state of Colorado.
