Vendors must be qualified to provide fresh produce as specified in the invitation for bid. Specific vendors are shortlisted for Colorado-grown produce. he district has created a shortlist and qualified four 4 vendors to provide pricing for the local and colorado grown fruits and vegetables.

Vendor responses will be evaluated on alignment with scope of work, company background and experience, approach and methodology, proposed staff qualifications, availability and capacity, and fee structure.

Minimum qualifications include required certifications and licenses, experience providing SSP services in K12 school settings, knowledge of Colorado special education regulations, capacity to provide timely services, strong communication, experience with diverse student populations, and successful fingerprinting and background checks.

Vendors may be precluded from the approved list for inability to meet minimum requirements in deliveries, ordering, and required documentation, hidden fees and/or charges, or misalignment with Poudre School District's values, mission, and operating principles.
