The proposal closing date is November 10, 2026, at 2:00 p. m. MST. A mandatory preproposal walk is scheduled for October 26, 2026, at 9:30 a. m. Respondents must submit proposals via the Rocky Mountain ePurchasing System. Substantial completion is required by May 14, 2027.
