Payments made under this contract will be made on the basis of actual work completed in accordance with the contract documents. payments will be computed from the unit and lump sum bid.

Payment will be made via eft into the companys bank account, 30 days after the work has been completed and a proper invoice has been received by our payments office, whichever is later.

Companies who are interested are to provide their company profiles with pictures of previous work and completed on or before cob, thursday 10 september 2026.

A compulsory site meeting for inspection is on 14 september 2026.
