The work must be completed within 21 calendar days for minor repairs or 49 calendar days for major repairs after receipt of the notice to proceed.

Requests for payment may be made no more frequently than monthly, covering labor and materials completed. The payment period is changed to 30 days.

Painting work is guaranteed for 5 years. Floor and wall tiles for 1 year. Plumbing work for 1 year. Electrical work for 10 years.
