The solicitation is for autotransfusion services at the Kansas City VA Medical Center, set aside for Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB). Questions are accepted until October 8, 2025, 10:00 AM CDT, via email. The contract includes a base year and four one-year options. The guaranteed minimum amount is ****, and the contract maximum is $420,000. 00. The contractor must provide qualified personnel and meet specific training and credentialing requirements. The period of performance is from April 13, 2026, to April 12, 2027, with options to extend. Invoices must be submitted monthly. The contractor must also provide certificates of completion for cyber security and patient privacy training courses before receiving an account on the VA network and annual training and new hires. The contractor must also provide ACLS/BLS certification. The contractor must also provide a contingency plan for replacing key personnel to maintain services as required under the terms of the contract.
