This is a Sources Sought Notice for biofire spotfire pcr laboratory analyzers for oklahoma area indian health service facilities. The government is seeking to identify indian small business economic enterprises. Responses must be submitted via email to krishna harriman by february 23, 2026. The contract is structured as a placement agreement. The contractor will provide equipment, delivery, installation, maintenance, and training. The government's cost will be derived from the purchase of cliawaived respiratory testing consumables. The period of performance is 12 months with four option years.
The contractor shall complete delivery, installation, configuration, verification of proper operation, and initial training within sixty 60 calendar days from date of award, or within sixty 60 calendar days of the governments written request to deploy to a specific facility.
The contractor shall provide preventative maintenance as applicable per manufacturer requirements, corrective maintenancerepairs, labor, parts, and replacement equipment necessary to maintain operability of the placed systems at no cost to the government for the duration of the contract.
The government must use the negotiation authority of the buy indian act, 25 u. s. c. 47, to give preference to indian economic enterprises iee whenever the use of that authority is authorized and practicable.
Contractor personnel performing delivery, installation, configuration, training, maintenanceservice, application support, technical support, andor connectivityinterface support for the biofire spotfire cliawaived pcr systems shall be manufacturertrained and qualified for the biofire spotfire platform.
