The award will be based on the most advantageous quotation considering non-price factors (ability to provide full range of products, response times, inventory, coverage) more heavily than price. The period of performance required is a 5 year bpa ****.
A summary invoice shall be submitted at least monthly, or upon expiration of this bpa, whichever occurs first, for all deliveries made during the billing period.
