Interested vendors capable of providing the services described herein are invited to submit a capability statement that demonstrates their ability to meet the governments requirements. A description of the firms experience providing holter monitoring, cardiac event monitoring, mobile cardiac outpatient telemetry MCOT, or comparable ambulatory cardiac monitoring services. A description of the firms ability to furnish monitoring devices, provide diagnostic reporting, notify providers of urgent and emergent cardiac findings, provide technical support, and recover monitoring equipment. If claiming eligibility under the Buy Indian Act, identify the federally recognized tribes or Alaska Native Corporation upon which the firms IEE or ISBEE status is based.
