This is a Request for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQP) for the abatement of asbestos-containing materials (ACM) at the Lorraine Center property located at 301 E. Iowa Avenue, Fountain, Colorado. The project is funded by a U. S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Brownfield Cleanup Grant. Offerors must comply with all applicable federal requirements, including 2 CFR Part 200. A mandatory preproposal site visit is scheduled for June 2, 2026. Questions regarding the RFQP are due by June 9, 2026.
