This is a Request for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQP) for the abatement of asbestos-containing materials (ACM) at the Lorraine Center property located at 301 E. Iowa Avenue, Fountain, Colorado. The project is funded by a U. S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Brownfield Cleanup Grant. Offerors must comply with all applicable federal requirements, including 2 CFR Part 200. A mandatory preproposal site visit is scheduled for June 2, 2026. Questions regarding the RFQP are due by June 9, 2026. The scope of work includes the removal and disposal of approximately 132,000 square feet of ACM.
