Adams County is seeking hotels to provide temporary respite housing for individuals experiencing housing instability. The contract is for one year with renewal options. Hotels must reserve rooms within 48 hours of vacancy, agree to monthly reimbursement, and track participant data. Preference is given to hotels in the southwest quadrant of Adams County with kitchenettes, trauma-informed service, and acceptance of pets/alternative IDs. Evaluation considers location, timeliness, understanding of the project, flexibility, amenities, and overall value.
Proposals must be received by October 1, 2026, at 4:00 pm MT. proposers who do not successfully submit a proposal by october 1, 2026 at 4: 00pm mt in bidnet, will not be eligible for evaluation.
