The city of Salisbury may terminate/cancel this contract at any time by providing written notice to the bidder at least 30 days before the effective date of termination/cancellation. The successful bidder will take affirmative action in complying with all federal and state requirements concerning fair employment and employment of the handicapped, and concerning the treatment of all employees, without discrimination by reason of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or physical handicap. The bidder shall provide commercial insurance of such type and with such terms and limits as may be reasonably associated with the contract.
