This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items for bread, dairy, and egg items to be delivered to FCC Allenwood. Quotes are requested electronically and must be received by Wednesday, May 27, 2026, 12:00 PM EST. The anticipated delivery period is July 1, 2026, through September 30, 2026. This is a firm-fixed-price contract requirement and is a 100% small business set-aside. The government will award based on a best value determination, considering price and past performance. Past performance will be evaluated on a go/no-go basis, focusing on timeliness of deliveries and order accuracy. No substitutions of products will be allowed. All future information will be posted on www. ***. *. * must be within 6 months of production date. Rejected items must be picked up at the vendor's expense within three days of notification. Awards over $15,000 will be firm-fixed-price purchase orders, and awards under $15,000 will be government purchase card transactions. Invoicing must match the purchase order.
The anticipated delivery of awarded items will be throughout the quarter: July 1, 2026 - September 30, 2026. Bread will be shipped weekly as designated on the weekly request. Bread and eggs delivery time will be no later than 10:00 AM on Mondays, or the Friday prior if Monday is a federal holiday. Dairy will be delivered on Tuesdays no later than 7:30 AM, or the Monday prior if Tuesday is a federal holiday.
Awards with total value over the micro purchase threshold of $15,000 will be awarded with a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order. Awards with total value under the micro purchase threshold of $15,000 will be awarded with a firm-fixed-price (FFP) government purchase card transaction. Any subsequent award will require acceptance in the form of a signature by the contractor 48 hours after the signed purchase order has been delivered to the contractor.
The government will award to responsible vendors whose offer conforms to the solicitation and are considered to be most advantageous to the government. Past performance will be considered approximately equal in value to price. The best value determination method will be used to make award for this requirement.

If you cannot provide items that you were awarded, performance will be affected and may affect future awards. Failure to provide product meeting the specification or of poor quality (i. e. molded, stale, etc. ) will result in the order being cancelled and awarded to the next offeror that meets the requirements.
